Reagan Catibog is a compassionate healthcare professional who joined Larchfield House in August 2022 as a Health Care Assistant and quickly advanced to Senior Health Care Assistant. He holds an RQF Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care and has completed phlebotomy training, including a Venipuncture Competency Assessment. Now serving as an in-house Phlebotomist, Reagan is known for his clinical skills, dedication, and person-centered approach, making him a vital member of the care team.

Akshay is a skilled Physiotherapist who began his career in India and later earned a Master’s degree from Salford University in the UK. He specializes in Neuro, Cardiorespiratory, and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, enabling him to deliver holistic, patient-centered care. With a strong commitment to ongoing professional development and a multidisciplinary approach, Akshay brings advanced training and international experience to his role, making him a valuable member of any healthcare team.

With more than 20 years’ experience working as a Podiatrist since graduating from the University of New South Wales. Derry is experienced in all aspects of foot health from nail care & surgery, to wound care and management of lower limb complications. He is registered with both the HCPC and is a Member of the Royal College of Podiatry.

Abigail is a registered nurse originally from the Philippines, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and passed the Nursing Licensure Examination in 2007. She worked for three years as a Medical-Surgical Nurse before moving to the United Kingdom to undertake a Postgraduate Diploma in Health and Social Care. Although she was unable to complete the programme, she gained valuable experience during her placements and began working at Larchfield House Nursing Home as a Healthcare Assistant. Progressing to Team Leader and, with the support of her colleagues, achieving NMC registration, Abigail continues to advance her nursing career with dedication and professionalism.

Arieza holds a degree in Financial Management in Accounting from the Philippines. After relocating to the United Kingdom, she initially worked in the hospitality and fast-food industries before transitioning into healthcare as a Healthcare Assistant, where she discovered a passion for supporting others. She successfully completed her NVQ Level 3 and Nursing Associate training, becoming a qualified Nursing Associate. She is proud of her professional journey and remains committed to continuous development within the healthcare sector, striving to make a positive difference in the lives of those she cares for.

Ellen was born and raised in the Philippines, where she initially pursued studies in aeronautics. Upon moving to the United Kingdom, she developed a keen interest in healthcare and began working at Care UK, an experience that inspired her to train as a Nursing Associate. Now a registered Nursing Associate, she brings over 14 years of experience in the care sector, underpinned by growing clinical expertise. Ellen is currently undertaking a Registered Nurse degree, enabling her to integrate her practical experience with advanced clinical knowledge to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care.

Joana is a highly skilled healthcare professional with dual degrees in Nursing and Computer Science. She began her career at a leading tertiary care referral centre in Northern Luzon, Philippines, where she worked closely with multidisciplinary teams, fostering a deep passion for nursing. In March 2022, she moved to the United Kingdom to pursue her ambition of becoming a UK-registered nurse, achieving this milestone in March 2024. As a valued member of the Larchfield House team, Joana is dedicated to ongoing personal and professional development and to delivering exceptional standards of care.

Merly is a registered nurse at Larchfield House Nursing Home, where she began her career in 2022 as a Carer before obtaining her UK nursing registration. Originally trained and registered in India, she brings over 15 years of experience in acute care and outpatient services, having held positions as Staff Nurse, Head Nurse, and Clinic Coordinator in India, the Republic of Maldives, and the United Arab Emirates. Merly is widely respected for her compassion, strong work ethic, and collaborative approach to ensuring resident safety, wellbeing, and high-quality care delivery.

Sarah is a registered nurse with nearly 17 years of healthcare experience across the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, and the United Kingdom. She spent nine years as a medical-surgical nurse before joining Larchfield House in 2021 as a Senior Carer. After successfully passing her NMC examinations and obtaining her UK nursing PIN, she progressed to her current role as Community Night Nurse Manager. Sarah is recognised for her reliability, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to prioritising the health and wellbeing of residents.

Vipin is a registered nurse with almost 15 years of diverse healthcare experience in India, Saudi Arabia, and the United Kingdom. His background spans surgical, orthopaedic, oncology, emergency, and home care nursing. He previously served as a Nursing Officer in Retirement Living in India before joining Larchfield House in 2022 as a Senior Carer. Gaining NMC registration in 2024, Vipin now works as a Night Nurse and is committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred care with dignity, integrity, and dedication.
